The large cosy farmhouse kitchen is fully fitted with all modern equipment including a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, mixer etc., however it also boasts an Aga where you can gather around with a hot drink and talk about the day ahead. The separate utility room next to the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, an electric cooker and plenty of room for drying out wet gear. Just off the kitchen in the opposite direction is the dining area which has a wonderful huge wooden table where you can sit and enjoy catching up on the days events over a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.

Threapland Hall is fully centrally heated to keep you warm whatever the weather and in the large spacious lounge is a magnificent inglenook fireplace, (accidentally found during the renovation!) where you can relax on one of four settees, drinking your favourite tipple and watch logs to your hearts content. If you want to liven up the evening the lounge is equipped with a television, video, dvd player and a stereo system. In addition there is a slate bed pool table in its own room with a charming wood burning stove.
